Paula A. Smith

Paula Smith is passionate about working with the elderly. With over two decades of experience practicing elder law and with a supportive, caring nature, no attorney in the Worcester region is better suited to represent Massachusetts’ seniors.

Paula Smith is an accomplished law professional who still treats her clients as if they were family. This is because she understands that planning for a time when you may be incapacitated or planning for death can be especially stressful and difficult. She believes that while elder law issues can be complicated, treating elder law clients with respect and compassion is simple. In Paula Smith’s view, emotional considerations are every bit as important as practical matters when estate planning.

Community Involvement

In addition to her extensive background in the field of elder law, Ms. Smith is also intricately involved in the community issues that affect her senior clients the most.

She serves the elderly by:

• Serving on previous boards of the Massachusetts Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
• Acting as previous co-chair of the Elder Law Committee of the Massachusetts Bar Association.
